Things That Kill men Penis

2:59 AM

Every man expects to get boners when it’s time to get down with his partner so it’s really important you know the things that can weaken your boners and affect s*x with your partner.
Below are 6 things that kill your p*nis
1. SUGAR:
If you want hard-rock boners, you need to limit your sugar intake. Sugar affects your body’s testosterone production, making it tougher for you to get it up.

2. INADEQUATE SLEEP:
I understand you have to work real hard which means lesser sleep but if you desire to maintain your boners, then you need to get adequate sleep. Sleep is essential for testosterone production.

3. ALCOHOL:
You probably didn’t want this to be in this list but I am really sorry to disappoint you. Taking too much alcohol lowers your testosterone levels. So easy with the booze.

 4. RUNNING TOO MUCH:

Running 40 or more miles a week can drop your testosterone level by 17% according to a University of British Columbia research.
5. SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME INDOORS: Spending too much time indoors affects your boners due to lack of vitamin D you fail to receive from the sun and this vitamin is important in the production of testosterone.

6. SOY:
Too much of everything they say is bad and that also includes soy which according to a Harvard Medical School research if consumed too much over an extended period of time could affect your boners.

here are the Health Benefits Of Watermelon!

6:55 AM

One very rich source of nutrients and minerals are watermelon seeds. Therefore, they should not be thrown away. These watermelon seeds have a hard outer covering and as such, they must be chewed well before swallowing to obtain their nutritional value. Some of the health benefits of these seeds are given below.
In general, our body needs amino acids but there are some essential amino acids like lysine and arginine which the body cannot produce by itself. Hence, these can be provided from sources of food. Watermelon seeds contain these essential amino acids like glutamic and tryptophan acids. Lysine promotes absorption of calcium and as such facilitates collagen and connective tissues formation in the body whereas arginine reinforces the cardiovascular system, the body’s metabolism and sexual health.

Watermelon seeds are also a good source of Mg (magnesium). One hundred grammes of watermelon seeds provide 139 percent of the daily recommended requirement of Mg. As a matter of fact, magnesium is vital for proper functioning of the heart functioning, regular blood pressure, enhancing metabolic process and synthesis of protein. It also helps in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and hypertension.
Lycopene is good for the face and equally, helps in the improvement of male fertility. This substance is also found in watermelon seeds which are excellent sources of multivitamin B. B vitamins are essential for the maintenance of healthy blood cells, effective immune response, and of the nervous system. Watermelon seeds are also effective in the recovery of health after an illness and in the sharpening your memory.
Watermelon nutritive juice
Approximately 50 percent of the watermelon seed has oil which comprises of 80 percent monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat and 20 percent saturated fat. These seeds are an essential source of calories and energy since a cup of dried watermelon seeds has up to 80 percent of daily recommended fat value which is approximately 63 grammes.
Another problem in which watermelon seeds are good in it cure is Protein deficiency which leads to diseases such as kwashiorkor and marasmus. Watermelon seeds contain proteins and as such, can be good in fighting against protein deficiencies. A cup of these dried seeds supplies approximately 30 grammes of protein. This protein, in turn, has amino acids that are crucial for growth and rejuvenation of connective tissues, muscles, skin, and as well as manufacturing enzymes.
Protein can also help in the maintenance of long, healthy and strong nails. Guess this one is good for ladies, right?

Wondering What Do Blind People Dream?

6:23 AM

Every single human being on this planet dreams (even some mammals too). And while there are tons of people who can’t remember their dreams when they wake up, they still get them. Human beings spend roughly around 6 years of their lifetime dreaming but have you ever considered what blind people dream about?
Dreams are typically very visual experiences. They play against the senses and trigger strange sensations that can alter our perception of reality. They are complex phantasmagoric experiences that are shaped by the things we eathow much exercise we’re getting, or what position you’re in when you’re asleep.
So how do blind people navigate dream land?
Psych2Go’s newest video answers that very question. Those who go blind very early in life or are blind from birth typically don’t have visual aspects of their dreams. Yet, their dreams feature elevated levels of other senses. While those who go blind later in life continue to experience visual elements in their dreams.
It seems that blind people are very similar in their dreams to sighted people. They navigate a similar level of social interactions in dreams. However, blind people are more prone to nightmares particularly about getting lost, falling into manholes and getting hit by an unseen car.
Although the blind can’t see with their eyes, they see in their dreams with other senses. Despite what you may think, blind people have no difficulty in visually representing the content of their dreams.
How’s that for a weird fact?

Reasons You Should Be Having More Sex

2:49 AM

There's no denying that sex is often on the brain, but lucky for us, that's not always a bad thing! When it comes to getting it on, doing it more can actually benefit your body and your mind — not to mention your relationship. Below are some surprising perks of getting busy regularly.

1. An Orgasm a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

There are countless proven health benefits of having sex regularly. If you feel like skipping the gym one day, a sexy session between the sheets is a great substitute. Sex can improve sleep, strengthen and tone muscles, and even reduce the risk of heart disease.

2. It Brings You Closer to Your Partner

Sex is physically and emotionally intimate. When you have an orgasm, your body is flooded with oxytocin, a hormone associated with bonding and attachment between people. Apart from the biology of it, sex reinforces the feelings you have for your partner and can make your emotional bond stronger, in addition to your physical one.
Setup Timeout Error: Setup took longer than 30 seconds to complete.

3. Good Sex Gives Your Skin a Special Glow

Who knew that sex could make you prettier? Doctors say that because sex increases blood circulation throughout the body, the extra oxygen to your skin makes it brighter and more healthy-looking. Just like with exercise, it balances out hormone levels, which can also help improve acne.

4. Getting Laid Boosts Self-Confidence

Turning someone on sexually and expressing that attraction physically can make you feel more desirable and special — which is great for your confidence. You feel good, your partner feels good — it's all good!

5. Sex Can Mean Lighter, Shorter Periods (and Less Cramping!)

OK, so here's how it works: when a woman has sex, her uterus contracts, which we know. What you may not know is that those increased uterine contractions get rid of blood and tissue more quickly, which means your period can potentially run its course faster the more you have sex. Shorter periods are great news for both parties involved!

6. Sex Relieves Tension

Your body releases endorphins during sex, just like it does when you exercise. This relieves tension in your body, helping you feel calmer, more relaxed, and, by extension, happier. Less tension in your body means less tension between you and your partner and more time to enjoy each other's company (and other assets). Basically, sex is the ultimate (and most natural) happy pill you'll find.

7. Orgasms Make You Smarter

Yes, you read that correctly. Studies show that having an orgasm increases the flow of blood, oxygenation, and nutrients to all parts of the brain. Other mental activities like puzzles only stimulate certain parts of the brain, but orgasms have got the whole thing covered!

Things To Know Before Dating An Addict

10:50 AM

In working with the spouses and significant others of addicts, I’ve often heard it said, “I’d rather be an addict than love one.” While few people would ever walk eyes-wide-open into a chronic disease like addiction, the statement speaks to the confusion, loneliness and despair common not only among addicts but also the men and women who love them.
A history of addiction doesn’t necessarily turn Mr./Mrs. Right into Mr./Mrs. Wrong. In fact, addicts who are solid in their recovery can make excellent partners. They’ve waged a courageous battle, spending a great deal of time working to take care of and improve themselves. But before you put yourself in a position to fall for an addict, there are a few things you need to know:

#1 Love does not conquer all.

For anyone considering dating an active addict, it is important to realize that love cannot conquer addiction. Addiction takes priority over everything – you, children, career, financial security, even one’s own freedom. Before diving into a relationship, find out if your prospective partner is actively using drugs or alcohol, or if they display addictive or compulsive patterns in other areas (e.g., gambling, work, sex, food or spending).
If you care about someone in active addiction, help them into treatment and hold off on turning a friendship into more until they’re grounded in their recovery. If they are in recovery, how long have they stayed sober? Are they actively working a program of recovery (e.g., participating in self-help support meetings, counseling or an aftercare program)?
Someone with less than a year sober should stay focused on their recovery program, not dating. This guideline is designed to protect the addict as well as the people they might date. In the earliest stages, most recovering addicts are trying to figure out who they are, what they want and how to be in a healthy relationship. Beyond the first year, the longer someone has maintained their sobriety the more secure you can feel that you’re choosing a partner who is healthy and whole.

#2 Addiction is a chronic, relapsing disease.

An estimated 40 to 60 percent of addicts relapse, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Since relapse is always a possibility, addicts and their partners need to stay alert to their triggers and be prepared to get help when warranted. If you’ve struggled with addiction yourself, be extra cautious – your use can trigger their relapse, and their relapse could spell ruin for both of you. Left unaddressed, relapse can set in motion a roller coaster of chaotic break-ups and reunification that in the long run only exacerbates the problem.
The threat of relapse need not deter you from dating someone firmly grounded in their recovery. It is simply a reality you should be aware of. By educating yourself about disease of addiction, you’ll know what to expect and when to ask for help.

#3 Recovering addicts need support.

Being a loving partner to a recovering addict requires sensitivity and discretion. For example, you’ll likely need to avoid drinking or using drugs around your partner. If you go to parties or events where alcohol is being served, you may need to leave early or offer additional support.
Even if it’s inconvenient for you, you’ll need to make allowances for your partner to go to meetings or counseling sessions, particularly in stressful times, so that they can continue to prioritize their recovery. Short of a relapse, there still may be times when they fall into old habits, such as withdrawing from friends and family or telling lies. You’ll need to recognize these signs and get involved.

#4 You can’t change the past.

Many recovering addicts have done things in the past that result in a criminal record, making it harder to get a job. They may have accrued significant debt, declared bankruptcy or had other financial problems. They may still be working out legal issues and trying to earn their way back into the lives of family and friends. Although these are not necessarily deal-breakers, you need to know that their problems can become your problems. If you can’t accept what was, you may not be the right person to accompany them through what is and what will be.

#5 Know (and take care of) yourself.

You can’t change your partner or their past, but you can control yourself. In any relationship, setting and enforcing personal boundaries is an essential skill. When your own boundaries are firmly in place, you protect yourself from being taken down by your loved one’s illness.
There may come a point in the relationship when you need to ask some difficult questions: Why are you attracted to this person? Is it because of who they are and how they treat you, or do you have a history of being attracted to people you can rescue or fix? To avoid codependency, enabling and other problematic patterns, you may need to seek counseling of your own.
If a partner relapses, it can be difficult to know what lines to draw. You don’t want to give up on a person you love – after all, they must be in there somewhere – but if the relationship is making one or both of you sick despite your best efforts, it may be time to leave. No one can tell you when it’s time to call it quits except you.
Dating a recovering addict can be complicated, but most relationships are. So long as you know what to watch out for, work to ensure you’re both getting your needs met in healthy ways and reach out for help if you get in over your head – in other words, take the precautions you’d take in any romantic relationship – a recovering addict can be an excellent friend and partner.

Reasons why we Are So Crazy About Drugs?

10:44 AM

Item: An Egyptian rights lawyer is sentenced to 5 years in jail and 300 lashes of the whip for bringing anti-anxietydrugs (xanax – alprazolam) into Saudi Arabia. The judge notes the perpetrator’s “good morals” in explaining his “lenient” verdict (anti-anxiety drugs are banned in Saudi Arabia.)
Item: Florida regulators led by Governor Rick Scott ration stimulants and opiates to Florida pharmacies. Patients with narcolepsy, unable to find the medication that keeps them awake, sleep all day and are unable to work. Chronic pain patients go into sudden opiate withdrawal.
Why are so we crazy about drugs?
The Golden Age
The postwar period ushered in major advances in pharmaceuticals. Many of the new drugs – particularly antibiotics – quickly became regarded as miraculous.
In the 1920’s and 30’s many healthy young people died of pneumonia. By the 1950’s the same people got up from bed in a day.
The pharmaceutical companies took advantage of these advances and goodwill to remarket their industry as “ethical drugs.” Just as nuclear power would provide clean energy for everyone forever, the “ethical drugs industry” would eradicate the main scourges of humanity aided by international  teams of selfless scientists and physicians.
The era of powerful medicines commenced.
However, by the 1970’s new drug innovation was already diminishing, falling into an eventually dramatic decline. Faced with expensive failure following failure, Big Pharma morphed from huge research led companies into marketing and distribution giants. The curative powers of new medications were vaunted while their unpleasant “side effects” were downplayed, disregarded or disowned. Just as the movie studios went for “blockbusters”, drug companies protected their “big earners.” Expecting gigantic yearly revenues, companies lied about the negative results of non-steroidal anti-inflammatories like Vioxx, pain medications like oxycontin, new neuroleptics like seroquel, and many others. They became content to pay billions in fines rather than forgo tens of billions in revenue. Lying and getting caught became another cost of business.
A new era had begun.
Angels and Monsters
Media is another industry where sensationalist claims earn outside profits. Yet when it comes to news and entertainment, both spectacular success and failure may prove equally lucrative. And few stories are better than “heroes” that fall fast (a present example - cue Lance Armstrong).
Drug “breakthroughs” continued to be supported by an excited media, but so were reports of public malfeasance. A film like “The Fugitive” (1993) where a heroic surgeon is framed for his wife’s murder to protect the roll-out of a new drug represented the changed mood. Drugs were both good and bad – angels and monsters in the same package.
And gradually the distance between “ethical drugs” accepted by government agencies and the illicit, illegal variety sold in the hundreds of billions of dollars by drug cartels, started to meld in media stories. The realization awoke that “prescription” drugs might be the same pills as those sold on the street, and could prove equally abusable.
Good was bad and bad was good – especially if you were writing TV news.
Big Pharma has struck back vigorously. Billions are spent on direct consumer advertisingin the US, though such drug ads are banned in much of the world. Drug companies have combined with “pharmacy benefit” operations to create oligopolistic cartels that - like the Hollywood studios of old -control supply and distribution. Generic drugs that twenty years ago cost pennies now cost quarters or half dollars, the curious result of the cluttered and confused free for all that is the American health care “system.”
Meat and Poison
The public continues to be confused and angry about drugs – “ethical” or illegal – and what they do. Popular and ancient food-drugs – like coffee, tea, and alcohol – are now frequently modified into “legal” concoctions like energy drinks that cavort like libertines in the regulatory fantasy land of “nondrugs”. Marijuana is declared to be no less dangerous to the population than alcohol, a rather curious way to back legalization. Side effects of FDA approved pharmaceuticals are described in lengthy, unreadable small print within television ads - followed by the deeply intoned let’s pass off all responsibility phrase “ask your doctor”. Meanwhile patients receive printouts from pharmacies that prominently define as side effects the very symptoms and ailments the drugs are designed to treat. Oxycontin tablets are sold for $30 a piece on the street while suddenly withdrawn patients who have taken them for years writhe in bed.
It’s time to recognize a few realities:
1. Drugs are information molecules that change the body. They can be ingested as foods, solutions, capsules and tablets, legal and illegal, over the counter and through a pharmacy, in a vein or through your eyes, skin, or bottom.
2. All drugs have effects you want and (side) effects you don’t. These vary hugely from person to person.
3. Drugs that can save your life can also kill you – including the same pill in the same person, the results completely changed by context and timing.
4. The real conversation should be not about health care costs “savings”, nor the internationally catastrophic “drug wars” that periodically plunges much of the world into violent chaos. It should be about health.
Are drugs helpful to populations? Do they make groups of people ill or well? Does the overall well-being they produce – physical, mental and social – outweigh the harms they can and do create?
One man’s meat is another’s poison. That is particularly true in the world of drugs and drug therapy. Though oversold by Big Pharma – especially when compared to the much greater public health contributions of sanitation, nutritioneducation and vaccination - drugs still make lives better for billions of people. It’s time to look past headlines, TV ads and screaming blogposts and ask what each drug does for the greatest good of the greatest number.
And retain sanity and flexibility in the discourse – even in 2013.

Alcohol or Drugs ,Which Is More Dangerous: ?

10:20 AM

Is there any difference between alcohol and other drugs?  Both are mind-altering chemicals.  Both are highly addictive.  Both can be dangerous. They only differ in their legal status and social acceptability: alcohol is legal, and street drugs aren’t.
Because of this, alcohol is everywhere.  It’s not only for sale at bars but also at restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, grocery stores, and all professional sportsvenues.  You can’t watch television without seeing at least one beer, wine, or liquor commercial, promising alcohol will make you the most popular and desirable man or woman at any party.
And trust me, drug dealers would kill (probably literally) for the opportunity to advertise their product so publicly.
The availability of alcohol is so commonplace most people don’t realize it’s a real drug.  Alcohol has become the socially acceptable way to relax after work.  I mean, it’s just a harmless stress-reliever, right?
Wrong.  According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, alcohol causes 88,000 (62,000 men and 26,000 women) deaths every year.  The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism tells us alcohol shortened the lifespan of those 88,000 by 30 years.  That makes alcohol the third leading preventable cause of death in the U.S.  All other drugs combined cause approximately 30,000 deaths annually.
It’s no wonder more people enter treatment facilities for alcohol abuse than drugs.
Slate.com
Levels of alcohol consumption in U.S. by deciles
Source: Slate.com
In reality, about 50% of Americans don’t drink at all (would you have guessed the number was that high?!).  Most of the 50% of Americans who do drink consume low, to moderate, amounts of alcohol (less than 1 per day). The vast majority of alcohol in the United States is consumed by the top 10%.  These heavy drinkers consume about 73 drinks per week.  That’s a staggering statistic, isn’t it?  The next highest group consumes 15 drinks per week, still an alarmingly high amount for anyone who isn't in college.  The rest consume 1-6 drinks per week.
What does this mean?  Think about it.  In order for alcohol manufacturers and distributors to stay in business, they must sell primarily to heavy, problematic, addicted drinkers.  That’s their target market.  This targeting is no different from drug dealers, who also rely on regular customers for most of their sales.  After all, the casual cocaine user is not the one making billions for the cartels.
At nearly every party I attend I’m offered alcohol, the drug most likely to kill an American.  No one would dare offer me meth or cocaine (well, this is Los Angeles, so maybe cocaine). Our society needs to take the blinders off – We pretend alcohol is different and safe. That means we don’t teach anyone how to consume it responsibly even though most drinkers start drinking long before they reach the 21-year age limit. And let’s stop pretending those "other drugs" are so different.  They're not.
Isn’t it time we stopped this madness?

5 Sex Positions for thick penis men

3:02 PM

The beauty of a man with a thick penis is ... everything. He can hit all kinds of "right" places without even trying, and you never need to worry about finding positions for a tight fit 'cause it's all a tight fit. Here's how to best enjoy that glorious thing.
The Edge of HeavenProp yourself on the very edge of a counter (bathroom for shorter dude, kitchen for taller). Pull him toward you, with your arms around his shoulders, and legs around his hips — hang on for dear life. This is a semi-unbalanced position that's great for impromptu flings with lots of making out and exactly the right mix of tenderness and raw *~fire~*.

The Ow Oh OhhhhhAnal? With this dude? OK, I got you — you can do this. Have him kneel, sitting back on his feet. You do the same, but sitting back on his dick with your bum. Caveats: Make sure you're beyond turned on. Put on a shit-ton of lube, then put on even more. Reach behind to get a feel for where he is and slide onto him, going as slow as you want. Don't make that beeping sound backing up trucks make and you should be fine.

The FortressIf he's thick and long, and you're more on the petite side, you'll need to mitigate some of that overwhelming ... girth. Lie flat on your belly, spreading your legs slightly. He comes in from behind, sort of like lying-down doggy. If it's still too much, you can back off a little by pushing your legs together a little, coming up onto your elbows or tilting your hips to give him a bit less depth.Get AheadIf he has the kind of equipment that bulges out even wider on the shaft and you think he's going to split your mouth open via BJ, try a modified version. Sit him down, holding down one of his legs firmly so it doesn't turn into a face-fuck. Take just his head into your mouth, using a well-lubed hand on his shaft to act as proxy mouth for the rest. If you feel a little choky, less mouth, more hand. (Try a bullet vibe for you and you'll be even more into it.)

The Banana Split
Have him kneel on a cushy arm chair, facing the back. You sit on his lap, draping your legs over each arm of the chair. Hold yourself steady with your arms and use your thigh muscles to move — he'll be thrusting too (poor guy can't help it). Go as wide as you want with your legs — dude's thick; it will still feel amazing.
