A man from Monroe County is accused of using a neighbor’s internet service to download child pornography.
Investigators say Robert Gleisner, 51, of Mount Pocono, and Constance
Malago of Tobyhanna were using the Wi-Fi that was not password
protected to gain access to the internet.
It happened in a neighborhood in A Pocono Country Place in Coolbaugh Township.
The couple were arrested Thursday and charged with using their neighbor’s computer network without permission.
Gleisner also faces charges for downloading and sharing child pornography.
